France, which stands with the Ukrainian people, began launching emergency humanitarian operations in the very first days of the conflict, sending aid to Ukraine and its neighboring countries.
In a move to pool the efforts of all actors who would like to contribute in a useful manner to these gestures of solidarity, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs has just activated the Business Solidarity Fund, supplementing the Local Government Solidarity Fund.
This mechanism allows all businesses that wish to do so to contribute financially to the emergency actions coordinated by specialized teams at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs' Crisis and Support Center. These contributions will help fund the purchase and shipment of emergency humanitarian goods to meet the urgent needs of the victims of the conflict.
Information on how this works is posted on the Ministry's website at https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/fr/politique-etrangere-de-la-france/action-humanitaire-d-urgence/aide-humanitaire-a-l-ukraine/article/fonds-de-concours-entreprises-appel-d-urgence-pour-les-populations-victimes.
France will continue to mobilize its efforts to meet the humanitarian needs of the Ukrainian people and Ukraine's neighbors.
