On Thursday, January 2, 2025, the President signed into law: S. 141, the "Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act," which amends various Department of Veterans Affairs authorities related to health care, economic opportunity, disability and memorial affairs, veteran homelessness, and oversight and investigations.
