Hurry! The annual Government survey on UK cyber businesses' skills and recruitment needs closes 19 November.
DCMS's annual cyber skills survey, carried out by Ipsos MORI, informs Government's policies around cyber security skills development and also feeds into the action of the UK Cyber Security Council.
By participating in this survey, you can help Government to support businesses like yours with skills, training and recruitment needs; and in order for the results to be as reliable as possible, DCMS needs as may cyber sector businesses as possible to take part. The results are published each year, so businesses can use them to inform their approaches and benchmark themselves against others.
The survey is confidential (DCMS will not know who takes part); and the content includes:
- the size and makeup of your cyber security workforce;
- qualifications in cyber security;
- skills and knowledge of the workforce;
- your approach to training; and
- recruitment and retention.
The survey (which takes around 10-15 minutes to complete) is mainly conducted via telephone, but there is an opportunity to take part online if easier. To take part you can call Ipsos MORI (freephone) on 0800 152 2922, or email dcmscyberskills@ipsos-mori.com to arrange a call back.
