An additional flight put in place by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs' Crisis and Support Centre returned 131 people to Paris today.
The operation had the support of the European Union, through its Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM).

At present, Middle East Airlines is continuing to operate two direct flights a day from Beirut to Paris and other connecting flights.
